Last evening, at my small group (bible study), I enjoyed a portion of delicious cherry cake served with a tasty creamy topping.
Asking what it was, I discovered it to be a really easy mixture of two parts lemon yoghurt gently mixed with one part cool whip. Light and delightfully different. Thanks to my friend Joanne, for sharing this simply yummy recipe.
You can use any flavor of yoghurt, depending on what you want to use it on. Today I mixed vanilla with the cool whip and it is just as light and tasty.
