When my sons were younger, one of their favorite breakfasts was boiled eggs with dippy yolks and toast, cut into fingers. They would relish every bite, so much so, it could make your mouth water just watching as they ate.
Today, I did lots of early shopping. Got home, unpacked and then realized I had not eaten today, so set about deciding what to have.
Well, wouldn’t you know – I got thinking about the breakfast my sons used to enjoy (I believe they still do) – so folks, I’m here to tell you right now: I have just finished two dippy-yolk eggs along with toasted soldiers and juice. Yummy!
